Technical Support and Sales Rep

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, the Virgin Islands, Washington, or the metro cities of Austin, TX and Washington D.C.

As a Technical Support & Sales Rep at GoDaddy, you will r espond to inbound customer inqu iries pro viding expert advice, troubleshooting support , and offering customized solutions to help grow their busi ness. In t his tech-to-sales role, y ou’ll engage with a wide range of businesses - from startups and sole proprieto rs to estab lished companies - conducting discovery conversatio ns to id entify their needs.
