What the Role Entails Position Overview Tencent Cloud is seeking a Network Procurement Business Manager to drive carrier network resource expansion and strategic partnership development. This role focuses on network node site selection, early-stage technical coordination, commercial negotiation and execution for resource deployment, and ongoing partnership management with telecom operators and suppliers. You will serve as the primary commercial interface for regional carriers, help drive network resource implementation, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across planning, network, and operations teams to support stable service delivery and long-term business growth.
