We’re looking for a Theatre Practitioner – Scrub to join our Theatre team at The Princess Grace Hospital. This role is centred around spinal surgery, and we’re specifically looking for someone with strong, hands on spinal scrub experience who can confidently support complex procedures. Your expertise in spinal theatre practice will be central to the role, and you’ll be a key part of delivering safe, consistent care across these specialist cases.

The Princess Grace Hospital is one of London’s leading multidisciplinary private hospitals, with seven theatres across two floors, two recovery suites and a dedicated robotic surgery theatre. With a broad and complex caseload, spinal surgery forms an important and growing part of the service. You’ll be part of a team where your spinal experience is recognised and relied upon, while also having the opportunity to work across other specialties where needed. Within this role, you’ll spend a significant proportion of your time supporting spinal lists. Your ability to prepare specialist instrumentation, anticipate the needs of surgeons and maintain a calm, organised theatre environment during complex procedures will be essential. Alongside your spinal focus, you’ll contribute to the wider theatre team, supporting across robotic, reconstructive, general, gynaecology, urology and orthopaedic cases as required.
