Location: Fully remote - Must be based in the Portugal.

Contract: 6-month fixed term contract initially (with a view to extend). Self-employed contractor. No benefits.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working hours around core business hours 10am-2pm UK time)

Pay rate: €9.00 - €10.00 per hour

Here at Twinkl, you’ll personally be responsible for creating designs that solve pain points for end users and improve their digital experience of Twinkl. This will cover improvements to the website, our apps and our digital tools. You will use your own innovative ideas, and utilise internal data to help you to identify pain points. You will also draw upon feedback from customers, stakeholders and research of competitor and industry trends to shape your designs.

You will be part of a team of UX designers as well as working closely alongside Optimisation, Web Development and Brand & Marketing teams. You will be responsible for ensuring your designs deliver for internal customers, our Product Owners, Country and Segment managers.

How you’ll spend your day:Designing! Creating brand new features or improvements on existing features and areas of our website, apps and tools Pitching your designs for peer, managerial and stakeholder feedback Adapting and honing your designs based on that feedback Working alongside our UX analyst to understand our data trends and the opportunities they identify Ensuring our wireframes, designs and journeys use copy and imagery that are consistent and in line with our brand kits and TOV Meeting with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and aims Updating key stakeholders on progress of their requests you are delivering
