Generac is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to shape and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth. This enterprise leadership role will set and execute the corporate development strategy across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and emerging growth opportunities, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board. Beyond leading complex transactions, this executive will continue to strengthen and evolve the Corporate Development function, bringing greater rigor, scalable processes, and strong cross-functional partnership across Generac’s global, multi-segment organization.
Major Responsibilities Strategy & Enterprise Leadership:
- Partner with executive leadership to define and prioritize enterprise-level corporate development strategy aligned with Generac’s long-term growth and value creation objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on inorganic growth, strategic alternatives, strategic investment and portfolio optimization alternatives
- Be a leader of the Corporate Development function; enhancing processes, driving governance, building cross-functional relationships
