Our Private Services Waiter's will assist the Management team in running the Private Shopping areas effectively by maintaining high service standards and exceeding customer expectations. You’ll be the gate keeper of our lounge area, assisting in preparing all food and beverage components, from preparing coffee, to serving champagne and light refreshments, and working with Harrods most discerning clients.

As a Private Services Waiter, you’ll be part of an elite team based in our iconic Penthouse and Private Service Suite creating a seamless, personalised experience for Harrods’ most discerning clients, where every detail matters.

You will be responsible for:

• Offering a seamless and unrivalled client journey, achieved the moment our clients walk through our doors, through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service and in-depth product knowledge.
• Prepare and serve premium beverages, from artisan coffee to champagne and bespoke cocktails, alongside light refreshments.
• Maintain the immaculate luxury standard of our lounges, ensuring comfort and elegance at all times.
• Anticipate client needs through intuitive service and in-depth product knowledge.
• Organise and execute mise-en-place duties before and after service to keep operations flawless.
