You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

About JD Vanguard Logistics future leaders Program JD Vanguard Program is a strategic talent supply chain project of JD.com, aiming to build a team of young talent embodying the JD spirit and deeply rooted in frontline operations. With the phased goal of cultivating grassroots managers, it ultimately nurtures mid-level managers who understand frontline operations and can drive strategic implementation. With the rapid growth of logistics operations, the JD Vanguard Program is planned to be launched to build frontline talent reserves for JD Logistics.
