• Own the end-to-end integration pipeline from design and configuration to deployment and production support ensuring Workday connects seamlessly with internal and external platforms via Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure data integrity across all inbound and outbound integrations by building rigorous mapping, transformation, and validation processes that keep Carta's people data accurate and compliant at scale
• Govern the integration lifecycle managing code migrations, production hyper care, and Workday release cycles including impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new features
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, advising HR, IT, and business stakeholders on design patterns and best practices that drive scalable, maintainable solutions
• Extend Workday's capabilities through Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process automation that reduce manual work and unlock operational efficiency
• Maintain key external platform connections including Greenhouse, HireVue, and others — keeping Carta's HR tech ecosystem reliable and well-integrated
