Please note this role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week. At Culture Amp, our People Experience team exists to create a better world of work — starting with our own Campers. As our Workplace Experience Partner for EMEA, you'll be the heartbeat of our London and Berlin offices: the person who keeps things running smoothly, makes Campers feel genuinely welcomed and connected, and brings our office culture to life every single day.

This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends operational rigour with creative energy. You'll own the day-to-day running of our two EMEA offices, design and deliver events that foster real connection and belonging, and act as the go-to point of contact for 100 Campers and leaders across the region.
