Booking Holdings is looking for an experienced Workplace Experience professional to lead and support a safe, inviting, functional, and productive office environment for all employees and visitors. The Workplace Experience Lead operates at the intersection of hospitality and facility services in support of daily operations.
The Workplace Experience Lead is responsible for leading workplace operations, facilities management, and employee experience initiatives across a multi-site office portfolio, with primary accountability for the New York office and partnership across regional locations. This role blends strategic planning with operational oversight to ensure office environments are safe, compliant, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can translate business needs into workplace solutions, drive consistency across locations, manage complex vendor relationships, and elevate the overall employee experience. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including People, IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and Risk & Compliance.
