【職務内容】 3M研磨材製品の販売 ・西日本（近畿～九州）の担当エリアにおいて、特約店、販売店と協業しエンドユーザーに対して研磨材製品（グラインダー用研磨材、研磨ベルト、不織布研磨材など）の提案販売。 ・キーアカウント（主要ユーザー）の売上管理（予測と実績の管理）。 ・3M特約販売店への製品紹介と提案、販売活動。 ＊エンドユーザーは主に工業系の製造業（自動車、造船、建機、鉄鋼、鉄骨、板金、製缶、機械など）。

【応募条件】 ＜必須＞ ・四年制大学卒業以上。 ・普通自動車運転免許。 ・日常生活、ビジネスに支障のない日本語スキル。（読む・書く・聞く・話す） ・日常会話レベルの英語スキル。（読む、書く、聞く、話す） ・Microsoft Officeの基本スキル。

[Job Content / Responsibilities] Sales of 3M abrasive products

• Propose and sell abrasive products (such as abrasives for grinders, abrasive belts, non-woven abrasives, etc.) to end-users in the assigned area of West Japan (Kinki to Kyushu regions), in cooperation with distributors and dealers.
• Sales management (forecasting and actual performance tracking) for key accounts (major users).
• Product introduction, proposal, and sales activities to 3M authorized distributors.
• End-users are mainly in the industrial manufacturing sector (automotive, shipbuilding, construction machinery, steel, steel structures, sheet metal, metal canning, machinery, etc.)
