Their responsibilities include reporting on Operational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), facilitating communication with leadership and stakeholders, and providing structure to new processes. You’ll dive in and gain an understanding of business areas within the Operations portfolio and help product teams develop objectives and collaborate on strategies to achieve them. You will help Operations Product Management teams with their migrations to the Product Model, transforming the way we partner with IT to achieve objectives. This position is within the Operations Planning & Performance (OP&P) organization and will support all Operations groups.
