DuPont is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Area Manager to take the reins as the primary operational leader of our Automotive Adhesives & Fluids unit in Midland. This is more than a management role — it's a chance to own a critical piece of our business, serve as a key member of the site leadership team, and act as a true second-in-command shaping how strategy becomes reality on the plant floor every single day.
You'll lead a team of approximately 75 talented employees in a high-hazard, high-stakes manufacturing environment where safety, precision, and performance go hand in hand.
