Business Administration | Information Management internship: process and data governance

Your assignment In this internship, you will analyze current ways of working and help develop practical governance solutions for processes and data. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand how information is managed and identify opportunities for improvement. The focus is on delivering sustainable solutions rather than only documenting the current situation. Your main responsibilities will be

• Map key business processes and define process ownership, roles, and responsibilities.
• Analyze current data management practices and propose governance improvements.
• Develop standards and templates for process and data documentation.
• Review existing documentation and identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent information.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect insights and validate recommendations and deliver a practical governance framework that supports sustainable process and data management.

This is a bachelor/master non-thesis internship for minimum 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (4 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.
