Introduction The Reuse & Repair organization at ASML plays an important role in supporting a circular economy by maximizing reuse and minimizing waste. Within Global Operations, the EHS, Quality & Operational Excellence team helps ensure that repair, inspection, recycling, and material recovery activities are performed safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. In this Business Support | Quality & EHS Performance Management internship, you will help turn operational data into meaningful insights and support improvement initiatives across a global network. You will work on real business challenges related to environmental, health and safety performance, quality management, and operational excellence. Your assignment As part of the EHS, Quality & Operational Excellence team, you will support activities that improve safety, quality, and operational performance across the Reuse & Repair network. You will analyze business data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and help track actions that contribute to operational excellence. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and locations while developing practical business analytics and quality management skills. Your main responsibilities will be
- Analyze environmental, health and safety, quality, and operational performance data.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
- Support incident investigations, audit follow-up activities, and quality reviews.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and support timely completion.
- Help document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support improvement projects from analysis through implementation and results tracking.
