Company: SES Construction Position Overview SES Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in concrete preparation, pouring, and finishing . This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions , operate a variety of tools, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every project. Key Responsibilities Concrete Preparation & Pouring
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine layout and dimensions.
- Set forms and molds to ensure proper alignment, elevation, and support for concrete structures.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools, power equipment, and machinery.
- Ensure proper compaction, leveling, and reinforcement for durability and strength.
Concrete Finishing
- Smooth, shape, and finish concrete surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and walls .
- Utilize hand trowels, screeds, floats, edgers, and power tools to achieve the required finish.
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect concrete surfaces.
- Create decorative finishes such as stamping, staining, and polishing as needed.
