Your RoleKey responsibilities include:

Delivering data-driven solutions and automation to improve Crew Resources and Scheduling performanceWorking directly with the team on projects contributing to cost and time savingsIdentifying manual processes for improvement via data automation and designing/implementing replacementsReducing task completion time through solution deliveryUtilizing project management skills to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budgetCompleting 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, Summer 2028About YouWhat you'll need:

Enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) with at least 30 semester hours completedMinimum 2.5 GPA and ability to maintain itMust work 3 alternating semesters without concurrent coursework, possibly delaying graduation by 1-2 semestersExperience with SQL or database querying tools including ETL and data modelingProficiency in any scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell) preferredKnowledge of process improvement methodologies preferredStrong computer skills, including extensive Excel knowledge with VBACreative, outside-the-box thinkingStrong organizational, project management, and personal management skillsRobust verbal and written communication skills at all levelsAbility to work well in teamsCurrently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or universityHighly preferred: curiosity, sense of humor, willingness to try new ideas, persistenceConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesPossesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalentAt least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United StatesCareer ProgressionWorking as a Co-op provides educational and professional work experience to prepare for the workforce; however, it does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation.
