Job Description: Job Summary This is an Engineer level position to join a mature yet dynamic high-tech company with cutting-edge AI enablement Semiconductor technologies. The key responsibilities are to support US Customers on all QA requests and issues resolution with the ultimate goal of helping customer retention and satisfaction. This includes both pre-sales and post-sales support, and requires strong technical and communication skills for collaborative problem solving, across QA / FA / Reliability functions as well as other Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business/Sales functions.
