Delta Vacations, Marketing Project Manager

Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate assigned projects and campaigns, identifying resource needs, scheduling creative assignments, and implementing a production process. Manage development of marketing campaigns, tactics and other deliverables for internal and external clients by monitoring production and using judgment to resolve conflicts, make decisions and to ensure production deadlines are met. Manage internal and external proofing process (using Lytho platform), using team-defined process and checklist to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with copy, brand and partner standards; consolidate and interpret all feedback; negotiate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicting information discrepancies. Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
