Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager to join our team! In this role, you will provide analytical insight and program leadership for large, high-impact programs, projects, and related contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage program and project implementation, contributing to department goals and planning efforts.
- Lead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, tracking activity, requirements, resources, and progress.
- Maintain and improve program performance by identifying process efficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Lead teams in developing program resources, operating goals, objectives, and protocols.
- Design and oversee comprehensive program evaluation frameworks; assess effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
- Analyze complex data and functional areas, develop solutions, and recommend program enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior and executive leadership on program objectives and strategic planning.
- Summarize and present complex analyses and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Guide stakeholders through key decisions and coordinate activities across departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, internal consultant, and subject matter expert for major program initiatives.
