Summary of Role: The Director, Project Control is responsible for establishing, leading, and maintaining the integrated project controls function for major semiconductor fab construction and expansion projects. The role provides the Owner’s Team with full visibility, control, and governance over project schedule, cost, forecasting, progress, risk, change management, and performance reporting across engineering, procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up. The position serves as a key strategic partner to the Project Director and the broader Global Construction Leadership Team, ensuring that project decisions are driven by accurate, timely, and forward-looking information. The Senior Project Control Manager shall proactively identify deviations, anticipate project risks, challenge contractor performance, and drive corrective actions to protect the project’s approved budget, schedule, scope, quality, and operational readiness.
