Resilience at Marvell is owned by the business, so success in this position depends on executive presence and the ability to drive decisive action through influence rather than direct authority. As the accountable leader of the Program, you will be a primary integration point between business units, IT, cybersecurity, facilities, supply chain, legal, finance, and other stakeholders.
