Director of Supply Chain

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied defense capabilities with advanced software and hardware systems. Our ALTIUS business line builds the most manufactured and deployed hardware systems in Anduril’s history—delivering critical, autonomous, tube-launched air vehicles to the U.S. Department of Defense and international allies to protect sovereignty and deter aggression. Producing at a high cadence of hundreds of vehicles per month, the ALTIUS line is at the forefront of modern, scaled defense manufacturing.

We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead product sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, material flow, inventory, and warehousing operations for the ALTIUS product line in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will lead a high-performing supply chain organization executing under extreme urgency to deliver at high-rate production. Unlike traditional aerospace programs bound to rigid, years-long developmental cycles, Anduril continuously iterates and upgrades hardware post-deployment. You will be asked to thrive in ambiguity: onboarding and driving suppliers against tight deadlines when engineering requirements are not yet fully locked, compressing 6-month industry lead times into weeks, and building a resilient supply base that can pivot in real time. You will lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate sourcing—partnering closely with our central Arsenal manufacturing and commodity teams—to guarantee parts arrive on time to hit demanding delivery targets. As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will operate in a matrix reporting structure, reporting directly to the Atlanta Head of Production with dotted-line responsibilities to corporate Supply Chain leadership.
