Director, Supply Chain (Undersea Dominance)

Anduril is fielding the next generation of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands of seabed exploration. Anduril has brought to the market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth platform, and a completely refreshed maritime vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from "large" to "extra-large" vehicle sizes. Today, Anduril is executing on multi-million-dollar contracts while simultaneously performing Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) AUV operations.

We are looking for a Director of Global Supply Chain to join our rapidly growing team supporting the Dive-XL Product . In this role, based in Costa Mesa, CA , you will be responsible for building and leading the supply chain function, ensuring material, capacity, and supplier readiness are in place ahead of every rate increase, every new product version, at all global production sites. You will set the multi-year strategy for how the function evolves, spanning org design, process architecture, systems roadmap, and talent, while staying close enough to the work to personally unblock the hardest constraints and represent supply chain credibly to executive leadership. This will require deep expertise in strategic sourcing, production planning, supplier development, and supply chain systems architecture, along with a proven track record of scaling operations across global manufacturing sites.
