- Non-conforming materials management, analysis and disposition at probe operation / wafer sort - Perform test program debugging , revisions and optimization - Analysis and improvement of Device/product yield - Test optimization and improvements - Review and revision of process and product specifications - Lead technicians and manufacturing line personnel in implementing quality controls and procedure - Collaboration with operations team on product and yield issues - Establish close loop communications with BU and FAB engineering on product yield performance and improvements
