Who are you? You are an engaging leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams. You communicate clearly, build trust, and collaborate effectively across disciplines. With a strong technical foundation, you can engage with engineers and navigate complex environments. You bring:
- Experience leading people and teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A technical background relevant to engineering
- Experience with systems engineering, product development, and project execution (preferred)
- A passion for developing people and organizations
