We have an opportunity for talented individuals (2) to join our Quality team at our Santa Clara (San Francisco Bay Area) CA office as a Field Quality Engineer who is passionate about ensuring the highest levels of quality in our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Clarifying with the customer any problems identified and resolving any quality concerns while collaborating with the relevant ST teams or divisions.
Identifying any quality concern and escalating the issues as needed.
