Financial Analyst (Level II)

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

As part of Blue Origin’s Engines Finance team, you will serve as an embedded financial partner developing deep expertise in the business, helping leadership navigate critical cost and performance decisions, and connecting the program to Blue Origin’s long-term financial goals.

We are seeking an analytical, creative, and forward-thinking Financial Analyst (Level II) who combines rigorous financial fundamentals with strong analytical depth and a drive to improve how the business uses financial information. This is a role defined by partnership and execution: you will turn operational and financial data into clear insights, identify the drivers behind performance, and help leaders understand what is changing.

You are a hands-on problem solver who is comfortable working from source data through the final leadership narrative. You build transparent models, reconcile discrepancies, test assumptions, and create repeatable analyses rather than one-time answers. You use Excel, SQL, BI tools, and controlled AI workflows to extend your reach while maintaining the accuracy expected in a financial environment. You will combine strong controllership instincts with the curiosity and urgency to drive action.
