Fluid Systems Design Engineer II

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

Engineered with a reusable first stage and a seven-meter payload fairing, New Glenn is building the road to space.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the design, development, manufacturing and testing of upper stage cryogenic helium fluid systems. You will engage in all levels of the design and production cycle including conceptual design, requirements definition, detailed design, integration, test, and mission support. You will use creative thinking and novel manufacturing solutions to solve complex problems with high pressure, cryogenic, and highly stressed hardware.
