Job Description: Accountabilities: The General Accountant position will handle below listed activities mostly supporting consolidated accounting, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls. · Responsible for the primary and statutory books of Lattice Sales offices · Prepare month end close journal entries and various close activities · Prepare Account Reconciliations and Analysis · Financial Review and Comparative Analysis · SOX compliance and documentation requirements · Coordinate and Work with External Auditors during Financial Audit · Local Compliance requirements of Lattice Sales offices, varies based on country it is based · Coordinate with 3rd party accounting and payroll · Womb to tomb accounting of sales Offices · Processing of Concur employee reimbursements · Ad Hoc requirements
