• N+2 Group Accounting and Consolidation Director

• N+1: Head of Consolidation

• Function N Consolidator

Functional relationships:

• Head of accounting of affiliates

• Group Finance teams (Accounting, treasury, tax, controlling, corporate finance, human resources, legal department)

• IT teams for IT projects and tool improvements

• External auditors and external accounting service providers

• Controlling and treasury for cash forecast and monthly reporting

Role and responsibilities:

• Support the subsidiaries in their preparation of financial reporting packages

• Manages the daily tasks of consolidation operation and organizes monthly reporting within OneStream (reporting schedule, quality reviews, monthly analyzes of entities)

• Produces half-yearly and yearly Group Consolidation accounts

• Have contacts with external auditors for half-year and annual work
