Growth Marketing (Sr Manager - Sr Director)

OVERVIEW
Compound Planning is a high-growth digital family office with over $5B in AUM. We serve entrepreneurs, professionals, and retirees through a combination of personalized financial advice and a proprietary technology platform. Our cross-functional team of advisors, tax experts, engineers, and operators is building the financial institution of the future, one grounded in rigor, client trust, and operational excellence.
Today, content drives most of our growth: roughly 10K monthly visitors, 100 signups, and dozens of advisory intro meetings a month. The next stage of Compound's growth needs a measurable, multi-channel system that turns that attention into funded client relationships and brings great advisors onto our platform.
We want a Senior Manager to Senior Director level. Growth Marketing operator, who will own that system and its numbers. You will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with content, product, and revops.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Client Growth
- Compound's full-funnel growth model, from first touch to signup, advisor intro, funded client, and retained relationship
- Targets for pipeline, conversion, acquisition cost, payback, and revenue
- New acquisition channels beyond organic content, including paid, client referrals, and partnerships with centers of influence
- Lifecycle strategy that turns signups into clients and deepens relationships with existing ones
Advisor Growth
- Scaling the demand engine that brings experienced financial advisors to Compound, and the pipeline it delivers to our recruiting team
Measurement
- Attribution and growth analytics, with support from revops, so every channel's impact on revenue is visible and trusted
