HR Insights and Compliance Analyst

Job Description: The HR Insights & Compliance Analyst is a senior individual contributor within the Global HR Operations function, serving as the subject matter expert across HR data analytics, regulatory compliance, and operational reporting. This role is the analytical engine of the HR Operations team — responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and strategic utility of HR data, and for ensuring the organization’s people practices remain compliant with a complex and evolving global regulatory landscape.

The HR Insights & Compliance Analyst is not a report-runner. This role requires someone who thinks critically about data, builds systems that create ongoing visibility, partners with HR leadership and business stakeholders on meaningful insights, and brings the analytical rigor necessary to navigate right-to-work compliance, immigration coordination, internal and external audits, and global employment agreements. The person in this seat is a trusted advisor, a skilled communicator, and a steward of the data infrastructure that underpins every people decision the organization makes.
