THE ROLE AMD HR is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager, M&A and HR Strategic Projects, to drive high-impact initiatives that advance enterprise priorities, accelerate operational transformation, and support mergers and acquisitions integration. This individual contributor role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering across HR and the business to translate priorities into actionable plans and scalable solutions that strengthen HR effectiveness. As a member of the HR M&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting acquisitions through pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close stabilization, helping ensure a seamless employee transition into AMD. Working closely with senior HR and business leaders, you will influence outcomes, improve processes, and provide executive-ready insights that drive informed decision-making and measurable business results.
