Build the on-wafer mm-wave test solutions that characterize Keysight's in-house ICs, from exploratory MMIC R&D validation through small-volume production test.
This position will be based in Santa Rosa, California, a beautiful area nestled in the Sonoma Valley wine country in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. As a Senior IC Test Engineer, you will be joining a dedicated team of visionaries to innovate and deliver the next generation of high frequency, state-of-the-art on-wafer test solutions needed to characterize and screen Keysight’s internally designed state-of-the-art ICs that enable breakthrough performance in Keysight's instruments.
