Join us for a fulfilling HR internship at Infineon! You will be part of the Emerging Talent (Young Talent) team that covers key topics underlying Talent/Student Attraction and University Relations, gaining exposure from regional and local perspectives.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Talent Operations: Support day-to-day Emerging Talent activities and monitor program progress
• Process Management: Map and review Emerging Talent processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Campus Engagement: Coordinate virtual and physical recruitment events, including campus activities and career fairs
• Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to strengthen talent attraction
• Project Coordination: Assist in local and regional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Meeting Administration: Coordinate meetings, schedules, and related administrative activities
