YOUR ROLE
The ProdOps Technician provides first-level operational support for IT infrastructure and manufacturing applications. This role is part of the 24x7 DTIT ProdOps team and is critical to maintaining service availability for manufacturing operations.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Technician/License diploma in systems and information technology
- 2-5 years experience, in IT operations and production environment
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and incident management
- Experience with:
- Unix and Windows servers
- Storage systems
- Databases
- Network devices
- Manufacturing applications
- Strong communication, escalation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shift, 6h-14h/14h-22h/22h-06h, in 24x7 on-site environment context
