Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Communicate program updates and changes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analyze data and trends to identify areas of risk and develop proactive solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as insurance providers and vendors. Train and educate employees and managers on workers compensation and leave policies and procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
