THE ROLE Entegris is seeking an experienced S&OE Process Lead to establish, lead, and continuously improve the company’s Sales and Operations Execution process. This newly created individual-contributor role will own the global near-term execution cadence connecting the S&OP plan to execution across Commercial, Global Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and the business divisions.
The S&OE Process Lead will create a consistent, fact-based operating rhythm to identify and resolve near-term demand, supply, inventory, production, and customer-delivery risks. This leader will align stakeholders around shared priorities, enable timely decisions, and drive actions to closure before customer service or business performance is affected.
This is an excellent opportunity for an influential supply chain professional to build a critical enterprise process and contribute to Entegris’ growth. Success requires strong planning knowledge, analytical judgment, process leadership, and cross-functional influence.
