The ROLE: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for AMI's engineering organization, partnering with engineering leaders to attract, engage, and hire specialized engineering talent. Own recruitment strategy for niche technology domains including BIOS/UEFI, BMC/OpenBMC, Embedded Linux, Firmware, Platform Software, Device Drivers, Hardware Engineering, Validation, Security, and Datacenter Technologies.
The ideal candidate is a proven talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in identifying, engaging, and hiring passive engineering talent through direct sourcing and headhunting techniques rather than relying primarily on traditional job boards.
