Location: Ohio (Hybrid) Role Overview: The CFO will lead the company’s financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and risk control activities. They will ensure that financial operations align with the C2C Monetary System, managing the fiscal responsibilities related to Orbita Notes issuance and M&A-backed investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee financial strategies related to Orbita Notes and credit-backed instruments.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage risk frameworks.Provide financial insights for decision-making and business growth initiatives.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the financial services sector.Expertise in debt instruments, compliance, and risk management.MBA or equivalent degree in finance is preferred.2. Vice President of Investor RelationsLocation: Ohio (Hybrid) Role Overview: This role involves managing investor communication, reporting, and engagement. The VP will build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust regarding the performance of Orbita Notes.
