ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Maintenance Controller, you will oversee the daily maintenance needs of the company’s fleet, including aircraft, engines, avionics systems, and appliances. Reporting to the Maintenance Control Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, flight crews, Systems Operations Control staff, and other departments to ensure maintenance operations are seamless and efficient. This role requires a thorough understanding of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) as they relate to aircraft maintenance, with all work conducted in compliance with the Company’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide guidance to maintenance and flight crews in the servicing, repairing, the performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration of company aircraft and ensure the airworthiness of company aircraft via electronic means from the maintenance control center.
• Perform work outlined on applicable work forms in accordance with the approved CAMP, GMM policies and procedures, manufacturer’s manuals, and FAA requirements.
• Ensure accurate maintenance records are completed correctly.
• Act as a liaison on behalf of the DOM and maintenance department and communicate effectively with Operations, Flight Crews, Flight Mechanics, and/others as needed as part of the daily operation.
