YOUR ROLE:

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on machines promptly to maintain production efficiency.
• Equipment Calibration: Perform regular calibration and adjustments to machines to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements, using the company's maintenance management system.
• Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables for machines, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance the reliability and efficiency of machines.
• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to production staff on the proper use and maintenance of machines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to address equipment-related issues and support production goals.
