JOB SUMMARY: Leads and oversees the development, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on the aftermarket product strategy and roadmap. This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the Business Development Team. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the original strategy.
