As a Manager Software Development on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team Development of dispatching and automation-use-cases using the AMAT RTD-framework Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend - e.g. one SAP, TPS @KLM or OMAHA rollout Close collaboration with the FE-wide RTD community and within cross-functional teams, including - Production, Engineering and Quality Drive for high level of standardization and re-use of solutions &methods in close interaction with the other Front end sites Coach team-members in daily work and ensure training and up-skilling Ensure sustaining and continuous improvement of the exiting solutions Central interface for the other RTD teams @ FE sites Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Logistics. …
