Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing advanced manufacturing processes and equipment technologies. You will conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to improve performance and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced manufacturing processes and equipment solutions for high-volume production.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform pathfinding activities to meet desired design specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance equipment and materials performance.
- Analyze process data to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
- Recommend and implement modifications to improve production efficiency and optimize output.
- Lead equipment installations and qualifications during factory ramps, ensuring safe and timely execution.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Detect and address material discrepancies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Train and audit counterparts at global manufacturing sites to ensure technology transfer alignment.
