Job Description: MPS is seeking a new grad Applications Engineer
This Applications Engineer responsibilities will include enhancing and debugging analog IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support for computing customers including Server and Notebook.
Essential functions:
- Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog IC products.
- Develop application reference circuits.
- Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.
- Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers.
- Provide power delivery network analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Experience using laboratory equipment, including oscilloscope, power supplies, function generator, network analyzer, etc.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $110,000 - $150,000. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $100,000 - $140,000.
