Seeking for highly motivated & detail oriented for Operation planning focus on Backend external Subcon (OSAT) management. In this role, requires flexibility to travel frequently based on business requirements and to work on-site at external Subcon，will be responsible for planning, coordinating capacity, material planning, engineering, & quality to optimize B/E manufacturing operation execution & secure the supply healthy. Will governor Key Performing Indices by external OSAT & Qtrly OSAT Score :
- FCST loading Hit Rate
- Start / Ship Hit Rate vs Scheduling
- Overstaging (Aged) Lot
- Door-to-door, in-line 90% CT
- OPC/EWB Hit Rate
preferring experience Assy, Test with 5-10yrs experience
Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 25% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days
