Power Conversion Senior Manager

Lead a small, high-ownership team building the power electronics and embedded systems for Blue Origin's next generation of rocket engines, owning direction from concept through field support.
This role is part of the Blue Origin Engines business unit, where our focus is the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of engines and propulsion systems. Built for multiple uses, our family of engines is powering the next generation of rockets for commercial, civil, national security, and human spaceflight.
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Power Conversion team, which develops power electronics hardware and embedded systems for a new generation of advanced power systems. You will lead a team of power electronics, embedded hardware, and embedded software engineers, and own the program direction, schedule, and delivery of power conversion products from concept through design, prototyping, test, and field support. You will work closely with electromagnetic design, controls, and mechanical leaders on a small team where each engineer has high ownership.
