As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Server, GPU) in the Data Center Platform Engineering Group, you will drive the mechanical design for AMD’s next-generation server and GPU platforms. This role is highly technical and influential, requiring deep expertise in mechanical systems and product integration. You will play a key role in shaping the physical design of AMD’s high-power platforms, ensuring robust and manufacturable solutions.
- Drive mechanical architecture for AMD’s flagship server and GPU products that power leading-edge data centers worldwide.
